My HNW is operated by Holistic Nutrition Works, a brand of Deepika Holistic Health Empowerment Works India OPC Pvt Ltd (“HNW”, “we” or “us”). For privacy questions or requests, email dr.suresh@live.in.

Depending on what you choose to add, we may process your name or alias, email, age, gender, location, preferred language, health concern, goals, height, weight, daily notes about food, movement, sleep, feelings or measurements, and medical records you upload.

Before sign-in, Day-One answers may stay temporarily in your browser’s local storage. They move into your account only after you sign in and accept the health-data notice.

We use your information to create and maintain your personal health profile, organise your diary and records, show progress over time, provide the features you request, maintain security, respond to support requests and—only when you separately choose to connect—prepare your basic profile for HNW Coach OS.

We do not use uploaded health records for advertising and we do not sell personal health information.

Creating a My HNW account does not automatically expose your profile to a coach. Connecting HNW Care is a separate action. Initially it shares only your basic profile, primary health concern and goal. Uploaded reports remain private unless a later feature clearly asks for your permission to share them.

Authorised HNW personnel and service providers may process only the information needed to operate, secure and support the service. A coach receives information only through an active care connection and according to the scope shown to you. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to respond to a genuine safety or security incident.

Personal health pages and record-download routes require individual sign-in. Uploaded files are stored separately from the public website and are served with private, no-store controls. No online service can promise absolute security, so please upload only what is relevant.

We keep information while your account is active or as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention periods will be refined as the service and applicable rules mature.

You may review and update your profile, withdraw Coach OS access inside the Care tab, withdraw optional consent, and request access, correction, completion, erasure or grievance redressal by emailing us from your registered address. We may verify your identity before acting. Some data may be retained when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

My HNW is intended for adults aged 18 and above. A parent or lawful guardian must contact HNW before entering information about a child. Do not create a child’s independent account or upload a child’s records without appropriate guardian involvement and verifiable consent.

Material changes will be shown through an updated notice or an in-product message. Contact us first so we can address a concern. You retain any rights available under applicable Indian data-protection law.
